The company can't execute on its vision of the future because it has too many hold-outs, and leadership cannot inspire the younger workforce. It underpays its IT talent.
Accept the fact that the way things have been done for 50 years is wrong. If something is going to take 6 months to do, then that means you are going to be 1 year behind everyone else. If you want to change with the times, you have to actually keep up with them.
