The first stage was a generic "on-demand" interview, asking questions mainly about past failures and teamwork. After that, the next was a 2-hour Skype interview, asking about teamwork and problem-solving.

Just general behavioral questions, like "tell me about a time when..." type questions. Nothing technical in the first round of interviews. It will get more skill-based as the interview goes on. This was just the first round.
