Pay isn't terrible anymore, and the office in Warren is quite nice.
The most horribly managed company I have ever worked for. Stack ranking has nothing to do with your performance. It's just office political warfare 40 hours a week. Nothing gets done. Constant fear of layoff. Internal transfers are impossible; they'd rather fire you and hire a new person than promote.
