Lots of opportunities for growth, flexible schedules, great benefits, and lots of great technologies to touch.
Too much management, not enough people to get the work done. Overly litigious and procedural. Processes constantly shift.
Be more flexible on the remote work options, and please stop allowing processes to constantly change. Having processes in place is meaningless that way.
