Good pay and good benefits (golden handcuffs)
Terrible upper management that doesn't ever let the employees know what is going on in the company. Job cuts are regular, without warning, and don't take performance into account at all. Tons of lackluster employees float by, hidden in teams, picking up their slack. High-performers in the wrong areas wake up to text messages saying, "Check your email," and they are laid off. Meanwhile, management receives plenty of notice to begin looking for jobs and is given extravagant compensation and praise for the "great work."
3 rounds. 1. Self-introduction. 2. Technical. 3. HR. It took about 2 to 3 weeks to complete the interview. The recruitment process was user-friendly. Updates were given on time.
Overall, easy questions. They asked questions from my experience and resume. I applied online, and the recruiter called me the same day. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty cool. The technical interview also went well
Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
