Fine office equipment and infrastructure.

Cons

Bad culture. Brutal management. Unqualified managers. There is no business direction. Aggressive comments to everything people do or try to push. Shaming. Deep bias for taking any action. Employees feeling unsafe. People are afraid to speak out loud.

Advice to Management

To fire Israel directors ASAP (Urgent) who arrived post Autonomous Vehicles program cancellation (Perception Director) and Israel ADAS executive directors. They are both unprofessional and manipulative. It seems that they left the company for a different mobility company in the US after they wrecked and wasted GM money.
