I made good money, made good friends, and I liked my position.
HR does not give a crap about the employees. I am being harassed by a boss every day, with proof and evidence of this. Backing me into a corner, telling me that I am not getting a call out because I'm not her supervisor, is against the law and worse, it is constant emotional abuse as well.
I have 10 grievances of harassment from only 1 year on my 2 supervisors, and nothing is done. HR should be responsible for this horrific situation.
They asked me questions via HireVue and had me record my responses. They mostly followed STAR interview questions, and I had a limited response time and two video recording tries.
Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
Heard back about a month after applying. Scheduled interview for next week, and they rescheduled on me. Single-round interview with engineers from the department I am working at, with behavioral and resume technical questions.
