A decent company heading in the wrong direction
- Get to work with some very smart people.
- Decent compensation and benefits.
- Very bad leadership. They do not practice the values they preach.
- Work-life balance is messed up quite frequently.
- Too many responsibilities in on-call rotations.
- The sudden shift on making everything about AI is hurting the core products of the company.
Re-think the company direction and practice what you preach.
Just listing down some points on Hub does not make the company values.
