GHES used to be a desirable team to work for. However, recently, there has been a lack of innovation compared to competitors.
Work culture is toxic, especially with all the reorganizations and layoffs at Microsoft.
Ambiguous roadmaps. Be careful not to show off to be relevant. High pressure.
Be fair and honest with your employees.
