The interview process consists of four rounds:

• Recruiter screening
• Technical Interview
• Hiring Manager Interview
• Leadership interview

I was contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn. It took three weeks for the entire process.

Although for me the sequence was a little different because of the holiday season, interviews were fairly easy, and the team I was in contact with, they were all super sweet!

The Hiring Manager interview was a detailed STAR-based interview. The Leadership interview was around the same lines, just a little bit more general, I suppose. The Technical interview was fairly simple. They asked to troubleshoot some Kubernetes problems related to deployments and node affinity.
