    • Used JSFiddle for sharing your screen and the manager watching you use your coding skills via JSFiddle.
  3. Technical interview: As described on the Jobs page, certain positions require technical interviews.
  4. Further interviews that would typically follow the reporting lines up to the CEO.
  5. Reference calls (optional): Make reference calls for promising candidates.
  6. CEO interview: The CEO, as the primary culture carrier of the company, interviews all final round candidates.

Be prepared with HTML/CSS skills for onscreen coding.
