The process was a 4-part interview:

• A semi-technical interview with a fellow engineer.
• An interview with the team manager.
• A technical interview that required doing a technical task beforehand.
• An interview with the head of Quality.

Interviews were organized very effectively, and feedback on the process was almost instant. I was pleasantly surprised.
