The whole interview process is online, Gitlab being a remote company. The feedback for every round of interview is a quick turnaround. The 5th round is a technical demo, but the process is an excellent process as it focused on how you solve the problem and articulate the technical storytelling, and how fast you are able to learn and adapt and collaborate. All through the weeks, the recruiting is extremely engaging and open to questions and feedback you may have throughout the process.
