Cons: Growing startup pains, like any other.

Pros: Small enough to make a big difference, big enough to have product-market fit. Insanely talented team, high standards of engineering, incredible business growth, tight iteration loop since everyone uses the product themselves, and direct interaction with customers keeps everyone motivated. Can't wait to see where this goes!

Cons: Change is the only constant at a startup of this size.

Pros: The team has shaped up to be really amazing. Exceptional folks all around engineering, marketing, GTM, etc. Everyone dogfoods the product internally and loves it, which helps in staying motivated. I have also felt a deep care for the product and customers, which is energizing. The future seems equally exciting, as we are making quick strides towards the chat interface and very exciting features are going to be GA'd soon.

Cons: With a growing company, you get some issues naturally. So, performance reviews, making sure everyone is working equally hard. Overall, these can bother you at times, but I would say it's still pretty good compared to what you see in other companies at this stage.
