Pros: * Management are engineers, so you won't have to deal with engineering blockers.
* The product is great and people already love it.
* Using the product at work helps your workflow.
* Your co-workers care about you and make efforts to help.
* Forkable meal choices are amazing.
Cons: Master build is often broken.
4 days in office is a bit too much commute.
No 401k match.
