Pros: Small enough to make a big difference, big enough to have product-market fit. Insanely talented team, high standards of engineering, incredible business growth, tight iteration loop since everyone uses the product themselves, and direct interaction with customers keeps everyone motivated. Can't wait to see where this goes!

Cons: Change is the only constant at a startup of this size.

Pros: The team is truly exceptional. I have worked at great companies in the past, and the engineering team, with the likes of Glean, is almost impossible to find. There is a lot to learn every day, and it's truly exciting to discuss ideas and problems with each and everyone on the team. Another great feeling of working at Glean is to be able to use the product every day, and it's really motivating to me as an engineer.

Cons: As with any fast-moving startup, there can be chaos and busy days. However, compared to other startups, I still find the overall work-life balance pretty great and unique. For the most part, we have regular working hours, and both 2020 and 2021 included week-long company vacations.

Pros: Really interesting and cutting-edge work.

Cons: Hours can sometimes be longer and endless.
