I had a 30-minute phone interview with the company's recruiter.
The next step was a 2-hour HackerRank assessment.
The HackerRank assessment had 10 management & leadership questions and 3 coding problems.
The questions and problems weren't very difficult, but there was some time pressure.
After that, I received a polite and formal rejection email. There was zero feedback regarding the HackerRank assessment or why they made the decision to reject my candidacy.
I emailed the recruiter and asked for more detailed feedback but never got an answer.
That's why I rated the experience negative.
