The interview was quick-fire and long-winded. It didn’t align at all with the job specification. After three weeks of being ghosted, I noticed the job specification had changed entirely to a role I would never have applied for. It transpired it would involve manually interacting with legacy systems.

Pros: * Good compensation and benefits * Low-drama workplace * Environment where my opinion is valued * Good company values * Ambitious product plans * Good technology stack * Organized and professional career advancement processes

Cons: A bit too meeting-heavy. Employees do have some freedom to not attend meetings from which they feel they are not adding or getting value. Processes from being in a large corporation can slow your work compared to a start-up. However, if you're earnest in your desire to move quickly through the processes, then they aren't that bad.
