Senior SRE Interview Experience - Bristol, United Kingdom
Process
The interview process involved two stages: a talk with the hiring manager and a technical interview.
During the technical interview, I was asked to identify gaps in timestamps throughout the workday. Due to interview nerves, I only managed a partial solution during the interview. As a result, they offered me a position as SRE III rather than SRE IV, which I declined.
After the interview, I was able to complete the technical task with an additional 15 minutes. However, I understand that I did not make a strong impression.
