Phone interview (Manager)
- In this interview, I was asked about myself and explained what GoDaddy does. I spoke with the manager, who told me about GoDaddy's core values and asked me to explain how I see myself fitting into at least one of them.

Phone interview (Technical) This was a pair programming interview round with the call on HackerRank. There were 5 questions in a 1-hour interview, and each had a few test cases that needed to be cleared to proceed to the next.

Pros: - Really smart people to work with who help each other improve and do better.
- The culture here is such that no one would feel lesser of themselves. Being a mid-size company, you don't feel insignificant at all. In fact, the best part about the company is that your contribution is valued, and you know that you are actually making a difference for the customer.
- Amazing benefits and perks.
- Mentorship programs to guide you through your career path.
- Various events that help you in networking and getting to know what different technologies people are working on.
- Employee Resource Groups to support and celebrate everyone.
Cons: Sometimes work is a little slow.

Smooth Culture, Realistic Expectations

Pros: I joined a few months back, and the atmosphere is pretty smooth. My interview journey was the biggest deciding factor to join GoDaddy. The expectations and timelines are pretty realistic. The overall attitude is oriented towards problem-solving and not throwing the ball around to different teams.
Cons: No relocation benefits or joining bonus.
Would appreciate the possibility of pet-friendly office premises.
