Pros: I have been here as an intern and a full-time employee and honestly have very little complaints. Unlimited PTO and sick while also being fully remote is a huge plus. Also, the pay is competitive. The culture is also a huge plus; management is extremely helpful and understanding. All coworkers are super nice, and the team supports a culture of learning, growth, and development.

Cons: Promotion is not solely based on performance. It is also based on the amount of time you have been on the job and how many other people are being promoted.
