Onsite: Three rounds of conversation.
Interviewers were very kind and friendly.
The first two rounds involved questions about background, projects, and personal introduction. Interviewers also shared information about themselves and the team's work.
The third round was a technical interview using HackerRank. It included two technical questions and a "Why GoDaddy?" question.

Pros: I work in the IST timezone. The culture here is positive—colleagues are supportive, and efforts are recognized. The work environment is healthy, and I can clearly see the impact of my contributions.
The company offers flexibility with WFO/WFH options and encourages working with the latest technologies, which helps with career growth. ESOPs and ESPP benefits are a plus.
Compensation is decent to good overall.
Cons: The office is newly built but currently lacks a fun zone or an in-house canteen/snack facility. There are also no travel allowances or cab services provided, and in-person fun events are limited.

Pros: I have been here as an intern and a full-time employee and honestly have very little complaints.
Unlimited PTO and sick while also being fully remote is a huge plus.
Also, the pay is competitive.
The culture is also a huge plus; management is extremely helpful and understanding.
All coworkers are super nice, and the team supports a culture of learning, growth, and development.
Cons: Promotion is not solely based on performance. It is also based on the amount of time you have been on the job and how many other people are being promoted.
