Process
I applied online and received a call for a phone screen.
It went well, and I was then invited for a second interview.
The interviewer was nice, and I provided a solution to their question that worked perfectly with their unit tests.
I was hoping to hear back, but two weeks have already passed, and the recruiter is not responding to my follow-up emails.
Process-wise, it has been a negative experience so far.
