Applied for a Software Engineer role in January and was reached out by a recruiter for the GoDaddy Studio Product organization.

They conducted three rounds:

• Recruiter screen
• Code pairing session
• Cultural fit interview

It took them a full week to respond after each interview round.

This process spanned nearly a month. Ultimately, they rejected me, stating a lack of Golang experience.

If Golang proficiency was a strict requirement for the hiring team, they should have identified this during the initial screening instead of conducting multiple interview rounds and wasting candidates' time. (I have conveyed this feedback to them).

I've seen similar reviews on Glassdoor regarding GoDaddy, suggesting a pattern of wasting candidates' time.
