Process

I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a 1-hour technical phone interview, followed by another 1-hour phone interview and a casual/behavioral interview with a hiring manager. My recruiter reached out to me one or two weeks later with an offer.

The entire process was by far the most personal and efficient of all of my recruiting experiences thus far. My recruiter took the time to actually get to know me, frequently checked in with me, responded to emails really quickly, and overall seemed to truly care about the candidates they were working with. The engineers I interviewed with shared the same enthusiastic attitude towards me; they had clearly taken the time to read my resume and come up with interview questions relevant to my areas of interest.

This was the best recruiting experience I have had thus far. I would have loved to accept my internship offer there but ended up choosing a different offer due to location and project-specific reasons.
