Process

First, I successfully passed the phone screening. Then, they invited me to an on-site interview. It was a flight from San Jose to Phoenix, AZ. I passed the interview with five people, which took the whole day. After several days, they contacted me and said yet another five people wanted to talk to me. This is unusual. I had to take a day off, and then there was psychological pressure during every interview. I agreed to this, passing the interviews over the phone. After several more days, they contacted me and said yet another two people wanted to talk to me. I said this is very unusual and that instead of one hour per person, they'd have 45 minutes. We assigned a time, but only one person called. Then they disappeared. I asked my recruiter to clarify this ridiculous behavior. I received the answer that I was definitely in process, but there was a delay. Three months.

Questions

There were no unexpected questions. The interview itself passed very well. However, some people were not as high a specialist and asked very simple questions.
