A recruiter reached out to me after we met at a career fair. I submitted an application, and they set up an interview with an engineer afterward. This interview consisted of all behavioral questions.
I was told that I'd be moving onto the next round and that I would hear back in a few weeks.
I emailed them a month later asking for an update, but was ghosted. I sent a follow-up the next week, and was still ghosted.
