I started my journey as a Migration Agent, and over my five years with the company, I experienced significant professional development. After two years on the Migration Team, I transitioned to the SRE team. Initially, I assisted with QA automation, and within a year, I advanced to an SRE role. This position allowed me to work on multiple projects, gaining extensive knowledge across various systems. At GoDaddy, you'll find a dynamic environment where you can continuously expand your skills and expertise.

Cons: While working at GoDaddy has been an incredibly rewarding experience, there are a few challenges to be aware of. The dynamic and fast-paced environment, while exciting, can sometimes result in high workloads and tight deadlines, which might impact work-life balance. Additionally, the company's rapid growth and evolving priorities require flexibility and adaptability from employees. The competitive atmosphere, though motivating, can also create a sense of pressure to consistently excel. Occasionally, resources can be stretched thin, making some tasks more challenging to complete efficiently. Despite these challenges, I truly value my time at GoDaddy and appreciate the growth and opportunities it has provided.

Pros: The management are qualified engineers, and the product we build is actually good. Everyone is very professional and does their best.
