Pros: Colleagues are great, supportive, and care about each other.
Work-life balance is decent; you can work from home, avoid commuting, and work wherever and whenever you prefer.
Benefits (non-material ones) are exceptional, and the overall package is very nice compared to other companies.
Stability, at least in this role, is not an issue.
The direct superior for this role is great.
Cons: - Work distribution is poor.
- Work in shifts, including work on weekends.
- Compensation does not follow the growth of skills.
- It's easy to fall into the trap of working overtime and burnout.
- Promotion opportunities are few and far between.
