From the best to the absolute worst
Had you asked me this two years ago, this list would have been endless. Now, it's empty.
Gone public, greed is the only thing driving this place. 10x the work for a 10th of the pay, unethical, forced to sell customers products they don't need. They are laying off tons of people as their departments are being outsourced and moved overseas one by one. Don't be fooled by the GoDaddy name; it doesn't mean much anymore.
Most of the good managers have already left.

Pretty easy. Online assessment and then a phone interview with a recruiter. If you pass, they have you come in for a face-to-face with a floor supervisor. They will tell you a bit about themselves and what the company expects from you.
