There is an abundance of resources and people to help you fulfill your job duties efficiently, but YOU must take it upon yourself to learn it and apply it on every call. It will be a challenge, but the job is not difficult if you are willing to step and stay outside of your comfort zone. Once you've developed good work habits, the rewards will come pouring in, not only for you and your family but for your customers as well.
