Pros

Good pay, fantastic culture.

Cons

Leadership micromanages, but it's sales so it's expected. Promoting is hard, and usually not worth it if you're decent on the phones. You take a substantial pay cut promoting.

Advice to Management

As one of the top representatives, I would highly recommend some consideration for your employees regarding training. I have helped multiple reps grow their success at GoDaddy and have only been reprimanded for it, not rewarded.
