Great benefits and the people are always nice. The job itself isn't anything to stress about and is pretty easy for the most part. The GoDaddy culture of laid-back is always nice.
The company is moving further and further away from its laid-back, have fun culture and is shifting into a sales-driven call center environment that doesn't care about its employees as much. The pay is still decent, but I feel it is starting to get capped.
Pretty easy. Online assessment and then a phone interview with a recruiter. If you pass, they have you come in for a face-to-face with a floor supervisor. They will tell you a bit about themselves and what the company expects from you.
An OA was conducted. It was doable, but the SQL question was a little difficult. I couldn't clear the round, but I heard that the interviews were nice, based on DSA, OOP, and resume.
Got to learn a lot from the interview. As a fresher, this was my third interview. The remaining words are just to complete the 30-word policy on Glassdoor. Then, I did not get any opportunity for an interview. That was my last interview.
