Pros

Work from home / hybrid option severance after being laid off.

Cons

The culture has changed so much, as well as the commission and pay. They make it impossible now to make decent commissions. I remember making $70k my first year, $82k the next, and by the third year it was downhill from there: $60k and less and less every year after they went public. They are constantly playing with the bonus structure but can never seem to get it right. They say you can grow within the company, but more so as team leads and management; everything is lateral. Good luck learning new skills or getting help in developing in other areas of the business.
