Strong engineering team. Good name recognition for your resume. Bob is both a showman and an ex-marine. It's an interesting place to be, but also a tough place to be. It's an established business with more of an intense start-up culture. You get good pay and good benefits here, but you really earn both. There are really nice holiday parties where you can win some really nice gifts like flat-screen TVs and such. Bob does know how to throw a party!
High pressure. Speed of execution matters above all else. You must be prepared to work till 6 or 7 most nights. If you work late, there is no comp time, so don't try coming in late the next day!
