The hiring process was quite smooth. The interviews were actually pleasant, and this was one of the first times that it didn't feel like an interrogation.

The onboarding process is quite smooth. They give you plenty of time to dive into everything yourself. You have one-on-ones with different team members that explain the most important information about the platform according to their point of view. Everyone is very nice and super helpful, and the technical documentation is actually up to date, which is something very new to me, so I found it quite impressive.

I'm still quite new and figuring out the ropes, but I can honestly say that I haven't had a negative experience so far.
