The Employee Appreciation Initiative is awesome. They gave a team money to do some activity such as paintball, watch a movie, or have lunch. The activity can involve multiple teams, and the spending limit is $50 per month per individual in the team. This money can be accumulated for up to 3 months to do something bigger. You can even have guests for the EAI.
The Holiday Party at the end of the year is even more awesome. The party is really cool and entertaining throughout the night. Two drinks are allowed per person and guest. They give out at least $1 million dollars in cash for employees, and there are celebrity performances. They rent out Chase Baseball field for the party and have free picture booths. It's just simply an amazing night and atmosphere.

Phone cannot be used or pulled out in restrooms, nor in the customer service center.
Some websites are banned, like Facebook and Dropbox.
Lots of customer service employees are in the same area as developers.
