Love the people
The people are smart. Management really cares about work-life balance, developing, and promoting their people. The work is consistently challenging, and I feel appreciated for my efforts. There aren't very many a-holes here, unlike many other companies I have worked for.
- Unlimited vacation (within reason)
- "Wellness" days off
Sometimes it's stressful when company initiatives shift and interrupt current projects and deliverables.
The health insurance company/benefits used to be a lot better, and it would be nice if we could change it back.
