Has a good culture that allows for growth and promotes teamwork. Good pay. Freedom and amenities. Adapted well to the shift to remote.
None that particularly comes to my mind at the moment, but little issues associated with bigger companies are more than likely there if that is an issue for you.

SDE-intern
The interview was totally based on DSA, projects, and system design. There was a little bit of core subjects like operating systems and database management systems. I was asked to design schemas for my projects.
Software Engineer Intern
I had two interviews, one technical and one behavioral, each an hour long. The experience was smooth and positive; interviewers were friendly, helpful, and professional. The overall process was efficient and quick.
