Work-life balance, good pay, pleasant people.
Too relaxed at times, need to be self-motivated.
Met them at the Career Fair at my University. Had one round in person on campus - behavioral with some basic Java questions. Next tech round was on the phone, which was with another recruiter - code pair with 3 Java programs.
Applied through the University, then qualified for HackerRank. The phone interview was bad. Recruiters at the campus fair never got back via email. I had to apply online to get the HackerRank assessment.
An OA was conducted. It was doable, but the SQL question was a little difficult. I couldn't clear the round, but I heard that the interviews were nice, based on DSA, OOP, and resume.
