To be honest, I feel the compensation could be more competitive compared to the industry. Apart from this, I couldn't find any cons at the moment.
One suggestion for management would be to simplify some of the internal processes, as they currently feel a bit complex and time-consuming. Additionally, including a product overview from an engineering perspective during onboarding would be very helpful—especially considering the number of internal tools at GoDaddy that require technical context.
An OA was conducted. It was doable, but the SQL question was a little difficult. I couldn't clear the round, but I heard that the interviews were nice, based on DSA, OOP, and resume.
