Great work culture - WFH.
My Engineering Manager was fantastic. He really put himself between product and us engineers, ensuring our tasks were meaningful and could be completed within a reasonable deadline. He pushed for us to continuously improve and work on a variety of backend-related tasks.
No micromanaging and adequate support in all areas that I needed, from mental health to time-off to engineering problems.
Incredibly smart and conscientious teammates.
The base pay and stock appreciation helped considerably, but some would argue that at this point, it is slightly over-valued.
My absolute biggest issue is the quiet offshoring of a lot of talent away from the US. We struggled to fill positions unless they were 13 hours or more away, which had its whole swath of communication issues. The people were good to work with, but it's difficult given some cultural issues that large time differences and WFH struggles make difficult to overcome.

I am a student and reached out to the recruiter via email. I had two technical interviews with software engineers. The questions were asked on Hackerrank, and the interviews were video conferences (1:1).
