Community, colleagues, and company culture are great! You're not constantly under pressure or being micromanaged. You rarely have to work more than 40 hours a week. They periodically schedule days for the whole company to have days off, on top of holidays and PTO.
The company is quite big, hence, finding documentation might be a bit hard. You'll have to reach out to other teams and people, but overall, they are very collaborative and supportive. So, it's rarely a very big issue.
An OA was conducted. It was doable, but the SQL question was a little difficult. I couldn't clear the round, but I heard that the interviews were nice, based on DSA, OOP, and resume.
