Pros

There was a time when the compensation was good and the company also hired good talent. Not anymore. Everything is trending downwards.

Cons
  • Bad/poor compensation.
  • No or shallow engineering talent.
  • Leadership does not focus on making good products. Helping small businesses is nothing but lip service.
  • Avoid the Data Platform team. The team is racist and will make you feel bad for not being one of them.
Advice to Management
  • Please try to retain good talent by standing up for them.
  • Please hire people with meritocracy.
  • Please be truthful and don't dodge questions in town hall.
