Overall, a pretty good place to work
The main reasons I enjoy working here are:
- Compensation
- The scale of the products and services I work on
- Diversity of teams, so learning new things all the time
Small points I don't like about working here:
- Size of company means some communication can go amiss for big changes.
- The processes in place for certain procedures are quite involved, mostly down to size and scale.
Provide more communication on big changes throughout the process. As often, we find out about these changes when decisions have already been made.
