It is a progressive workplace which values diversity and is respectful of one another.

The salary and benefits are great.

Good work-life balance, although you have to watch out for that yourself - management won't make you stop working at 5!

As is probably true of many medium to large corporations, the process often takes longer than the task itself. Usually this is for good reason: compliance, security, and reliability.

And management does often push for speeding this red tape up. But the process is still there and can be onerous all the same.

I do think that there isn't nearly enough of an anti-meeting culture. Work can really be slowed down by too many meetings.

Always look for ways to cut down on meetings and paperwork.
