Overall, the people are smart, hard-working, and try to assist you with professional development.
There are a ton of internal opportunities.
Fairly flexible with working from home occasionally.
Work/Life balance isn't bad (~45 hrs / week).
- Pay is low compared to other tech companies (even within AZ).
- The bonus system (one per year) is lame.
- QA staff don't seem very skilled (regarding software development skills).
- No advice for current staff, since the CEO and others are in new roles.
- Pay people more.
