I know people who have great things to say about the company. While I can't speak to the entire company, I unfortunately did not have a good experience in my team/org.
I wish I had a better time here, but the team I worked for did not help me much. That being said, I do like the upper-level management and the CEO. I honestly think you do care about employees, but I wish I had joined GoDaddy for a different team, and maybe my review would have been different.
I am out of here as soon as I can. My advice would be to send out more manager reviews to employees and take action on the feedback.
