I love the monthly town halls. I work with talented people who are passionate about what they do. The mission and vision are amazing. There's lots of freedom to try different projects and roles. Some amazing managers.
Pay is great when you join, and then you get stuck there. Merit and promotion increases are very minimal. Promotions largely depend on which org you are part of; they're not very consistent.
Noticing a significant shift away from GoDaddy culture. A lot of seasoned engineers and directors are leaving.
While the town halls and Q&A sessions are frequent and informative, a lot of what leadership says doesn't answer the real problem. They always give a very generic and politically right answer.
An OA was conducted. It was doable, but the SQL question was a little difficult. I couldn't clear the round, but I heard that the interviews were nice, based on DSA, OOP, and resume.
I had an online assessment. Post which I was eligible for a Technical Round. The round was focused on DSA, SQL, and my resume. The DSA section involved basic LeetCode questions, followed by generic LeetCode SQL questions. In regards to my resume roun
Easy and doable. Its main focus was on projects and DSA. Fundamentals were asked, but as a second option. Round 1 was a 3-section OA, which included: * 2 coding questions * 1 database question * 4 aptitude-based questions
