Pros

Great team, leaders, and people all around me. I can work on-site or remotely depending on my life condition. All tools for connecting to the team and doing the job effectively are at hand. I can be innovative, empower my team, and everyone is open to teach, learn, and help others. The compensation package is competitive. I can work on the latest and greatest technologies available. Learning tools and courses are available to software engineers at no cost.

Cons

The pay is not as competitive as other tech companies, but the compensation package tries to cover for that.

Advice to Management

The perks and benefits from the third-party provider are useless. The salary is not as competitive as what I can get from other companies. Also, it's hard for the teams to work with each other and collaborate. The management needs to work on making teams from different offices and locations get to know each other, since there are many talents in the company that don't know about each other, and finding them is not easy.
